Re joined with this company as they have always been good to me and needed some help and enquired to me that i would be Site Manager of a new housing estate, my works have consisted of;

• Installation of electrical wiring/appliances in many different residential construction projects (Villaworld, Orbit, Neptune, Metricon etc.).
• Interpret plans and diagrams across all projects (Residential, Commercial).
• Installation and maintaining of switchboards, Wiring and Circuits.
• Install & Maintain residential electrical systems.
• Managed Residential sites. (Ordering of stock, Delegating work to others, and in close communication with all site managers and other trades).
• Offsite Maintenance
• Testing and fault finding Residential electrical systems.
• Working in a close team environment
• Delegate fellow employees work and other various maintenance.
• Communication with Building site supervisors and other tradesman.

• Constructed and installed brick structures, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Operated various masonry tools, including trowels, chisels, and saws, to execute precise brickwork.
• Collaborated with project managers to assess materials needed for each job, optimizing resource allocation.
• Trained junior bricklayers on techniques and safety protocols, fostering skill development within the team.
• Worked safely on scaffolding and swing stages at various heights.
• Laid brick for block walls and adhered to local codes and project restrictions.
• Prepared work area using chalk lines, tapes, squares, and levels.
• Cut bricks and concrete using approved tools such as powered abrasive saws, paving breakers, drills, and hand tools.

Joined this company with great anticipation to undergo a new field in my industry being Commercial. My works consisted of;

• Testing and repairing of RCD’s.
• Testing, repairing and maintaining Emergency Lighting systems.
• Various Fault finding of these systems and their control circuits.
• Working close with account managers and other team members.
• Installing and Navigating Deck work on various floors on new school buildings
• Installing Various electrical equipment in Medical suits and maintaining there electrical systems
• Various fault finding situations (General power/lighting and simple control circuits of emergency and access lighting
• Working close with business managers regarding quoting jobs.
• Working in a team environment and liaising with other trades
  

• Under this company I worked on the Qbuild 3108 Contract, the works conducted were;
• Testing and repairing of RCD’s.
