• Supervised a team of 6 employees and different departments daily manage all inventory stock levels, issue pick-tickets daily
• Ensure all deliveries/pick-ups are done efficiently, specific customer requests or concerns are communicated to all drivers
• Responsible for the receiving of incoming products, storing and moving them to production in a timely and accurate way.
• Support Dispatcher in their duties of dispatching trucks to meet customer requirements
• Document and communicate any routing delays.
• Working with customer service to ensure our customer's needs are met to their satisfaction.
• Communicate with drivers on approximate delivery times when customers call for updates.
• Provide updates to Transportation team on delivery inquiries and delivery changes.
• Make appointments for pickup and delivery and update systems
• Monitor Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports for any mechanical issues. Coordinate repairs as needed
• Utilizes the computer system to maintain accurate stock levels and costs, prepare and controls all purchase orders and invoices, shipping receipts, etc., on job-related material, and parts.
• Receives incoming shipments, checking the purchase order against invoice with actual shipments, for accuracy before placement in the warehouse.
• Coordinates delivery of materials to the job sites, which may involve picking up parts for delivery
• Collaboration between branches including transfers of stock.
• Supervise established client accounts – contacted clients regularly to establish effective working relationships.
