• Maintain productive relationships and clean lines of communication within internal crews, subcontractors, management, clients, and community.
• Coordinate teams of maintenance crews including subcontractors to deliver hazard and defect rectification activities as per contract requirements.
• Ensure consumables and resources are available to crews and subcontractors when required.
• Analyse asset condition data within our Asset Management System and determine corrective actions to meet contract KPIs.
• Specialised understanding of network inspection programs and allocation of routine maintenance resources.

• Working in patrol truck crews completing minor road maintenance tasks e.g. pothole filling, sign repair and replacement, pavement cleaning and attending to in hours emergency call outs.
• Working in defect crews assisting with small dig out repairs, pit cleaning and repairs, cracksealing, linemarking, and flocon works.
• Attending to after hours emergency call outs and coordinating after hours emergency response crews.
• Completing hazard, defect and structure inspections of the network in a Network Inspectors role.

⦁ Managing and overseeing the works of external contractors.
⦁ Data Entry involving field inspection for the construction of HFC and FTTC networks.
⦁ Scoping of the Telstra network infrastructure to assess the fitness for NBN construction.
⦁ Daily manual lifting of up to 40kg at a time.
⦁ Redesigning the Customer Access Network where required including alternate cable paths and/or civil works.
⦁ Completing audits.
⦁ Following and implementing SWMS and JSA's daily.
