Working in the hospitality industry for the last 15 years has allowed me to gain experience in a variety of operational and managerial roles. My most recent successes have been in Merivale which has seen me grow from coordinator to Head of Department in 5 years. Recently, I have led the roll out of Merivale's new guest experience and retention platform, SevenRooms, across 50+ venues. A role which including creating group wide training manuals, executing training, hypercare in venue, system configurations, system maintenance and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The success of this rollout has gained me a promotion to Head of Department. This role involves managing a team of 20 to drive occupancy across the group, ensure platform uptake and execute exemplary guest experiences. Throughout my studies, I have concluded a Master’s of Psychotherapy which has led me to be an empathetic, understanding, approachable individual. This, along with my ability to execute high demanding and high-volume roles has made me a dynamic, well-rounded and insightful person who thrives in agile environments.
