- Oversaw day-to-day running of the brands Nookie / Nookie Beach / Rumer.

- Researched design trends, created mood boards, and created workflow/schedules for the design and sampling teams.
- Sourced fabrics, prints, and accessories for each collection.
- Worked closely with our in-house WS Sales team to ensure we were delivering on market feedback.
- Created style sheets and handed them over to patternmakers with block references, and guidance.
- Worked closely with patternmakers during the sampling stage to ensure samples were as close to perfect as possible.
- Attended all fittings from toile stage to PP.
- Created seasonal calendars to ensure sample ranges were delivered on time for Sales Agent schedules.
- Ran weekly Design and Production meetings, ensuring on-time delivery of sampling and production.
- Managed completion of all SMS ranges, working closely with cutters and makers to ensure delivery was on time and samples were correct.
- Attended all photoshoots, selecting all images on the day and working with the operator to ensure all shots and recolour selects were made.
- Approved all RRP pricing based on cost analysis.
- Created lookbooks using InDesign.
- On-sold all leftover fabrics.
- Retouching garments on ecomm images using Photoshop.
