• As Tunnel/TBM Supervisor-
• -Supervision Shift crew, daily pre-start, Toolbox talk as required
• -Organizing workflow and ensuring that workers understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• -Dedicate a significant proportion of time to the continued and ongoing training of all TBM crew members
• -Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease the potential for workers injuries on the job.
• -Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
• - Monitor the productivity of the TBM and support system, and logistics.
• - Maximize progress and project achievement.
• -Coordinate all works with Cross Passage & Lining and Station construction teams.
• - Identify problem areas and investigate corrective action.
• -Always maintain high occupational health and safety standards.

• As TBM Operator and Tunneller-
• -Extensive experience in operating various types of Tunnel boring machine (TBM) including EPB, Slurry mix shield, Hard rock double shield (Gripper shield) and Pipe Jacking TBMs (AVN).
• -TBM operation during excavation mode within the guidelines set by the supervision, Report preparation & submission.
• -Trained in the use of hyperbaric chamber, hyperbaric lock operator, experienced in compressed air works for cutter head maintenance and change cutter disc, rippers, tools up to5 bars.
• -Experienced in the use of A+B grout plants, Proof drilling, proof grouting and PEA Gravel system.
• -Familiar with the use of VMT, PYXIS, PPS guidance system.
• -Confidently operate an erector to control and position concrete segments to specification. And experience in installing various types of service extension including rails, pipes, and ventilation according to method statements.
• -Assist with various types of mechanical maintenance to minimize and prevent downtime.
• -Available to work up to7 days a week on various shifts including overtime and able to cover staff absence at short notice.
