- Specialist Management Role which requires extensive knowledge about the business, working together supporting multiple teams to ensure compliance regulations are up to standards and sales KPI’s are consistently up-ranking through the process of professional sales (business/consumer).
- This role includes on-site F2F and conference call training with leaders and assistant managers to pass on training methods required to assist new team members to be up to date with sales standards.
- Supporting teams from different stores alongside partner managers to provide positive conversions to benefit both consumers and business expectations.
- Overlooking several candidate resumes and scheduling F2F interviews with myself and individual store managers to guarantee hiring a strong individual.
- Actioning PIP’s (Performance Improvement Plans) and Action plans with employees to uplift motivation and lack of work-ethic and converting this to a positive change.
- Responsible for Hiring/Termination decisions.
- Working regularly with high-end digital systems.
- Providing feedback and daily KPI updates individually and as a group via work group-chats and eliminating any negative impacts by constantly communicating clearly with team members and being active F2F.
- Hosting events across the biggest venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Gold Coast.
- Tracking, budgeting expenses and allocating promoters for weekend events.
- Dealing with venues financial responsibilities such as profit, breaking-even etc.
- Hiring staff and training staff for specific roles.
- Handling contracts with partnered events.
- Collaborating with venues, event owners, and promoters to ensure the entertainment of guests is a number one priority.
- Overseeing warehouse logistics operations to maximise long-term profitability, and working together with KPI’s and motivating team with daily challenges using team work and strategic methods to be definite that stores are receiving correct and precise orders on time.
- Advising Team Leaders to continuously monitor production and supply chain operations, identifying errors and areas of improvement, and implementing new strategies to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as safety, product requirements and regulations.
- Supervising Department Operations by overlooking all aspects of merchandise and store operations, ensuring stock/inventory counts are done regularly to provide a smooth chain of operations.
- Handling documents and creating precise reports to Store Manager, including creation of time tables, rosters and inventory documentations.
- Monitoring Staff Performance both indivudually and overall by preparing reports in order to provide feedback to perfect performance.
- Ensuring coverage on peak-rush days and public holidays by accurately creating rosters and scheduling accurate leave availabilities to avoid any negative impacts such as low head count and loss of business profitability.
