  • Company Overview: The Family Co (TFC) is a not for profit organisation providing short and long-term programs and services to women, families, youth, and children in various locations across Sydney and the broader NSW
  • TFC also offer specialised, culturally appropriate, and responsive Indigenous support services
  • As a board member I oversee the governance, risk management, marketing and brand, financials, people and culture, corporate and government partnerships, and strategic direction of the organisation.
  • I work closely with the CEO to ensure we achieve our organisation's objectives within the realms of the constitution, through great relationships with stakeholders, partners, directors and the dedication of the TFC team of employees
  • With clients and employee's well-being as top of mind, I am required (in conjunction with my colleagues) to role model and drive a culture of accountability, performance and excellence, relationship management, creativity, integrity, empathy, growth and expansion.

Providing them with a holistic and judgement free platform to explore their future possibilities. This part of my business was born from the isolation phase of covid.
