  • Reviewed, recommended and implemented the People & Culture team technical stack. Working with multiple key stakeholders from various functions to understand the needs of the business along with align to the business strategy and budget ensuring employee and internal operational experience was seamless.
  • Drive the project to review, recommend and update current company policies within the employee handbook to support the business strategy and objectives. Reviewed and updated all policies in particular the domestic violence, flexible work and sexual harassment policies to remain compliant with the new IR reforms that have come into play in 2023.
  • Mentored junior HR team members, providing guidance on best practices in people operations management.
  • Advised and worked alongside key stakeholders to action a strategy to increase engagement and culture within the organisation post redundancies. Suggested a 360 review strategy on engagement and culture involving employee growth pathways, leadership transparency, employee contribution awareness, increased sense of belonging and value for employees and further relationship building (cross functional).
  • Introduced and managed a clear process for employee visas, including the creation of a Till/Nuvei visa policy which outlined who is applicable, what the process looks like and the time line involved. The policy aligned to the introduction of visa claw back letters to protect the business against financial loss and ensured there was a mutual understanding in terms of expectations between both parties.
  • Maintain, drive and communicate people metrics and reporting within the organisation to both the ELT, the board and at quarterly town halls. Introduced employee engagement surveys within the platform Culture Amp which identified areas within the organisation that needed focus. The surveys also provided a benchmark that was non existent before and gave a great opportunity for employee to give feedback.
  • Streamlined onboarding processes using the HRIS, L&D system and onboarding program improving new hire integration and retention rates.

  • Managed and drove the review of the organisation incentive strategy. Developed a bonus plan framework involving both business and employee KPIs supported by a bonus plan document outlining the purpose, the eligibility, bonus cadence.   • Development of the global employee incentive and benefits framework to draw top class talent in and shape the organisations Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Suggested key areas that employees hold valuable - derived from engagement surveys - and incorporated them where possible into our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). This was a project that involved multiple stakeholders to evaluate what initiatives got priority and fit within the organisations budget whilst remaining competitive within the market.
  • Managed the upkeep, data input and data output of all the People and Culture Technical stack, including Bamboo HR, Lattice, Confluence, SAP Litmos, Culture Amp, Carta, Lever and Zendesk. Worked on connecting all the systems to ensure seamless flow of information all the way through to Cloud Pay within the finance team.
  • Developed and launched compensation benchmarking & employee levelling framework globally resulting in clear and transparent career pathways within Deputy. Leveraging Lattice as the tool to manage and drive this project. Built out employee competencies in order to determine employee levelling and created a benchmark for employees wanting to grow within the business. This was run alongside bi-yearly performance reviews where the levelling and competencies were utilised to evaluated employee performance.
  • Created and owned the global pre boarding and onboarding program, Partnering with various functions to ensure a seamless employee and internal functional experience. Revamped the program during covid to ensure it thrived during complete remote work. Created a entire online program utilising the platform SAP Litmos so that employees had a mix between self paced learning and in real time calls to set new starters up for success.
  • As the organisation grew, I worked with IT to introduce Zendesk to manage all requests that came through the HR function. This ensured all requests could be tracked and enabled the team to track particular areas where most requests were coming from. This resulted in myself and the team being able to focus on improving the process or visibility of the identified areas.
