Work with Commercial Manager to create new sponsorship and hospitality packages to maximise revenue
Meet and Exceed Corporate Hospitality budget
As a team, meet and exceed yearly Sponsorship budget
Facilitate networking opportunities for Corporate Partners
Respond to leads to sign on new partners.
Co-ordinate and manage all Corporate Hospitality bookings for both partners and casual sales from booking through to game day event
Manage all aspects of matchday corporate hospitality
Co-ordinate corporate events including regular pre-match functions, corporate golf/racedays & Medal Dinner.
All invoicing through Xero for Corporate Partners
Reconciliation of all gameday Corporate Hospitality expenses
Other roles have included
• Managing player accommodation
• Managing fleet of business cars
• Obtaining annual Asian Champions League license for the club
• Obtaining visa's for international players and their families
