Accomplishments

    Led a team of 15 in the development and implementation of an Integrated Mapping System for Dawson Mine IMS FTP (Project on time and on budget).

  • Coordinated with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Managed project risks, developed mitigation plans, and ensured project deliverables met quality standards.
  • Oversaw the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Conducted project status meetings and provided regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Documented and resolved Fatigue Management discrepancies (Site Access) issues for coal mine workers which amalgamated the individual and site specific Fit for Work Management Plans across all 5 sites into our site access system (RightCrowd) which meant one source of administration and governance. This also involved an update to hardware across all sites, an operation that included multiple stakeholders, technicians and site personnel.

  • Designed a company-wide safety awareness program, resulting in a reduction in reported injuries.
