  • Led, engaged, and facilitated production of key project documentation for the Residential Aged Care Funding Reform and Improved Payment Arrangements initiatives, including high Level business requirements and risk assessments.

  • Developed costings and related documentation for Aged Care proposals with impacts on Services Australia.
