I am a highly dedicated, professional and qualified Early Childhood Educator with experience working across various rooms within an Early Learning Centre including experience in operating my own Family Day Care throughout Wyndham City Council with children aged from 12 months to 7 years old. I have a warm, approachable manner and display a genuine passion for children’s individualised learning and development needs. I have a comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and VEYLDF and I ensure the five learning outcomes are followed and achieved. I have a thorough understanding and sound knowledge of the NQF, legislative requirements, regulations and developmental frameworks. Since successfully undertaking my extensive experience in childcare I have had experience in working and liaising with a broad range of people and at varying levels together with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
