  • Creating and processing all Purchase Orders from start to finish beginning at the request for quote stage. This included placing all orders either online, by phone or by email.
  • Creating and processing all Quotes and fulfilling all Sales Orders for purchases for customers.
  • Sending out build requests to our warehouse in the United States. Making sure all orders are filled and delivered to the exact specifications of the order. This included creating the commercial invoices and making sure all our export controls were correct.
  • Applying for export licences where needed
  • Stocktake of critical parts that are stored in the head office for project development. Including serial number tracking and RMA of broken items.

  • Transport allocation and transfers of semi tippers, B-Doubles, heavy and medium ridged tippers. When completing this process I check the axel weights and load height to make sure they are under the aloud legal limits for each state and territory.
  • As part of my role, I am also responsible for the majority of stock ordering. This can include anything from Oils and lubricants to stationary and other office supplies. This includes processing all purchase orders and invoices in the companies personally designed AX system.
  • On a day to day basis I am responsible for updating and monitoring all data documents. All end of day procedures are my responsibility. Closing of the till and cash counting, updating and printing all end of day reports and ticket corrections.
  • Grading and sorting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Preparing these materials for interstate transfers.
  • Completing destruction certificates for government and private customers.
  • Reception and admin duties including answer phone calls and handing customer enquires, weighing in and out public and account holder vehicles. Processing and paying customers, completing and processing new customer forms, entering customer information into the AIS system. Responding to in house and customer emails.

  • Ordering stock for upcoming jobs including full alarm and CCTV installs. Stock control to make sure that the stock room remains full.
  • Prepare daily reports for the service manager. Coordinator their client and staff meetings.
  • Work closely with the sales department to make sure all clients are highly satisfied with the service we have provided.
  • Make sure all contracts and customer information is completed in full and all data is entered accurately.
  • Ensure jobs are completed in the quoted time frame.
