SuperClub trip to Penang – Orchestrating and managing a 6 day all expenses paid trip to Penang for the top Sales performers of the business. This involved:

  • Coordinating travel schedules for 12 individuals across Australia, setting up agreements with hotels and vendors, building out a comprehensive 5-day itinerary, liaising with multiple organisations in Malaysia regarding activities and tours
  • Procurement management for contracts and invoices in different currencies, procuring and shipping customised merchandise to Penang
  • Managing and tracking a running budget (coming in under budget by $25k), collation and distribution of post event feedback.
