• Advised and executed the merger between Welltech Limited and Wellstar Limited both companies engaged in the business of importing and sale of bicycles and vehicles.
• Advised on a venture capital transaction between Quickcare Clinics and Wellness Centres Limited a health care practice focused on ensuring accessibility to medical services and Capital Law Group Limited a transactions advisor in Kenya engaged to help the company obtain funding to a tune of over one million dollars to expand its operations in Uganda.
• Advised Standard Investment Bank (SIB) Kenya (an online money manager under the CMA Act Kenya) on the registration of three funds in Uganda and obtaining a fund manager license with Capital Markers Authority. Currently facilitating the acquisition of the fund manager license with Capital Markets Authority.
• Acting for KCB Bank Uganda Limited, handled registration of mortgages, debentures and liens on land and assets.
• Acting for KCB Bank Uganda Limited advised on the release of a mortgage being set off by compensation from the EACOP project.
• Acting for Ripple Effect UK (formerly send a cow) a nongovernment organization, advised on the restructure of its NGOs in Uganda and Kenya.
• Acting for Igolide Uganda Limited, advised and prepared documentation for the restructure of the company necessitated by conflicts between the company's directors.
• Acting for Laboremus Uganda Limited, advised on the exit of majority shareholders of the company including the implication of the exit on existing employee stock share options.
