My best qualities in the workplace are, I’m a good listener and always willing to learn new skills every day. My passion is with diesel mechanics. From 2013 to 2016 I spent 3 years working at Newmont Tanami gold mine the experiences I gained there were invaluable to me working both underground and surface, carrying out daily checks to diagnosing faults on all types of machinery from D10 dozers to underground drill rigs. Demonstrated ability to work 12 hours shift over 14 day rosters, successfully undertake drug and alcohol testing able to live away from home and manage the demands of shift work. Demonstrated ability to work in safe environment. Experienced Diesel Technician with background testing, diagnosing and correcting mechanical issues with speed and accuracy. Good communicator with organized approach and solid understanding of priorities.
