Summary
Being a graduate of the Boomerangs program, I have seen first hand what these camps can do for young indigenous men and woman. Not just on the field but also off it. This will allow me to develop fantastic learning activities for these Indigenous programs, both about Footy and Culture. My experience at the AFL so far has enabled me to develop my knowledge in dealing with multiple people and further my skillset in organization.
My qualities as a person allow me to build meaningful connections. Combining this with my skills learned here at AFL house and understanding how this business is run, I believe i am a great fit for this role.
