Leading the Public Safety Network (PSN) services Integration Team in transitioning PSN construction work for operational use. Working collaboratively with the NSW Telco Authority in delivering the Critical Communications Enhancement Program, delivering shared Public Safety Network to NSW Emergency Services organisations, essential services, and government agencies.

Established a high-performing team responsible for integration, testing and commission and quality assurance for sites and site upgrades within NSW Telco Authorities PSN. Responsible for developing new processes and procedures to ensure efficient and flawless delivery.

2nd in charge of BAI Critical Communications department and responsible for managing significant emergency incidents during 2019/2020 NSW State Bushfire Emergency.

Integrating ourselves into customer's core DNA as a key collaborator and provider.

Program Manager responsible for a new rollout of complex Broadcast Systems. Successfully delivering on the principal objectives of network OPEX reduction through design and installation of energy efficient solutions and reduction of network risk through replacement of aging infrastructure. Our business case was further improved by developing and implementing a cost optimised deployment program.

• Achieved an annual OPEX reduction of approximately $1.5M.
• Completed the project 3 months ahead of the planned schedule.
• Deployment program optimisation resulting in a labour saving of ~22,000 hours / ~$2.4M.

Providing a repeatable and scalable delivery model for future projects/programs of similar nature, this delivery model has now been used for multiple programs and continues to be used for business case development and program deployment.

Design Authority for Broadcast Systems, developing new standards for broadcast system designs across multiple technologies. Team Lead of the Broadcast Systems Design Engineering Team responsible for delivering high quality designs compliant with network standards and delivering on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinated with multiple technical teams and disciplines to deliver comprehensive design packages.
• Engaged in Pre-Sales Engineering, interacting with customers and clients to identify business needs and requirements.
• Ensured compliance with engineering specifications.
• Provided engineering/technical advice and solutions for customers, and internal stakeholders and departments.
• Reviewed and approved Design HSEQ Management Plans and Safety in design processes.
• Conducted product evaluations and selection.

Project Management including on site supervision and management of high-power and low-power broadcast systems. This included a range of systems such as Broadcast Digital and Analog TV Systems, Satellite, Audio, Telemetry, and Control systems.
