For the position of Energy Specialist, I feel I can confidently assist Ergon customers with any inquiry, question or complaint. I am happy to attempt to rectify any issues or conflicts and I feel I can do so cheerfully and with the mindset that if they are feeling negative about our brand that I can convert their opinion. My previous experience in Customer Service has helped me learn how to empathize with people which usually resolves issues with an extremely positive outcome.
I find myself always wanting to please people and I take other people's opinions of me to heart which encourages me to assist everyone in a pleasant and efficient manner but I also always consider the businesses needs and interests.
