With 20 years of diverse experience across sales, business ownership, and management, I’m now seeking a fresh start in the mining industry, bringing with me a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and teamwork. Throughout my career, I’ve led complex operations, managed teams, and consistently delivered results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Running my own business, Echo Clothing, for nine years provided hands-on experience across all aspects of operations, including budgeting, sales, staff development, and marketing. Alongside this, my time working in the family business and JeansWest taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of hard work—skills I carried into my successful career.
More recently, my experience operating machinery during harvest seasons has sparked a keen interest in applying these transferable skills to the mining sector. I’m eager to bring my problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and commitment to safety to this new field. Embracing the challenges of a fresh career path, I’m motivated to contribute meaningfully to a mining team while continuing to develop my skills and grow professionally.
