Summary

During my working career, I have worked two primary roles. Firstly to become a dedicated IT Technician who is qualified with hands on experience in many different roles. However, within recent years I made the move to the hospitality industry, working in different environments. Ranging from Commercial settings involving set brand standards & target based roles including up-selling and key based products; to a laid-back beach side cafes where casual was key to creating a relaxed holiday dining experience for town visitors. I have excellent communication skills and I am able to adjust this according to my audience.

  • Refurbishment of donated machines for resale to raise money for the charity itself

  • I was also fortunate enough to play a part in overhauling the installation and repair logistics to speed up the process on all areas using PXE booting, rolling out virtual erasure installation and diagnostics
