• Facilitate Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments for remaining life of pipeline assets. Maximising the life span and ensuring minimum downtime to assets while remaining safe.
• Managing the investigations of integrity incidents, ensuring that the root causes are effectively understood and communicated.
• Scoping repairs to pipelines to AS 2885 after reviewing Non-FFS NDT reports.
• Research into effectively managing our MIC and CO2 inhibitors, ensure that Santos are effectively dosing the pipeline assets to minimise cost and reduce risk.

• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
• Maintained records and schedules throughout the full length of the project.
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Completed construction tasks while maintaining a high level of safety, and monitoring construction on-site.
• Management of budgets (>$1M) of both CAPEX and OPEX work.

Also includes being used as a process safety engineer to ensure compliance to MHF regulations and effectiveness of safety critical and critical elements on site. As well as creating and facilitating the implementation of a SCE management system for Mobil Oil NZ and Mobil Oil Fiji.

• Organised contractor scopes for all planned maintenance over two sites in Wellington
• Apart of site operations of a midstream Oil and Gas Terminal, including ship bunkers, sampling, ship receipts, etc.
• Reduced the amount of overdue critical maintenance by providing contractors with 12 month + outlooks on planned maintenance.
• Involvement in high priority non-planned maintenance such as over-water oil pipeline blast and wraps, Pigging pipelines for Mothballing, removal of 100s of meters of abandoned pipework.
