With the role of a field services worker, each day brings new challenges. For instance; restoring the water and sewer services to Unitywater customers ranging at times from 1 household all the way up to 100 satisfied customers.

Coordinating, with supervisors, projects entailing turning off the water for a large number of houses to repair a broken water main service, getting the job from shut down of main, to repairing the service, to turning the water back on and finally restoring the site to a safe and normal condition.

Managing and talking to an upset customer face to face to assist in bringing their service back to normal and to help clean up any mess that may have occurred.
