An adaptable, hard working and self motivated employee willing to follow and take instruction, willing to learn to ensure job duties are completed within time management. I have had more then 6 years experience watching my father and mother running a successful business as shearing contractors and therefore i have been exposed to this since birth. This has given me the experience of performing under pressure, the processing of wool, working in diverse and multicultural atmosphere, utilising communication skills and being dedicated to producing top quality work for the outlying region of wool harvesting. I have also worked over 2 years in hospitality as a crew member, Cafe Barista and Crew Trainer as apart of McDonald's Company. Professional with strong background in customer service and food preparation, equipped to excel in team-oriented environments. Skilled in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and safety while adapting to changing operational needs. Known for reliability, effective communication, and focus on delivering quality results. This has helped me become a dedicated employee with great work ethic. I have had other experiences also, by working within my church as a young woman leader and teacher. In this role, I have helped youth on camps and activities that have been organised such as talent nights, baking and so forth. I am now ready to expand my horizons for a new position where i can further myself and learn further.
