This job includes working in a private medical clinic casually and doing various range of tasks such as

. Sorting and scanner large amounts of files and organising them

. Stepping in as receptionist occasionally. This includes taking phone calls and Interacting with patients at the desk and entering details into the computer.

. Fixing and assembling furniture and medical equipment over the clinic.

. Gathering items and food requests by the other employees from the shops.

. Cleaning at the end of the day or during the day outside to clean the balcony and water plants.

. Helping to make advertisements and informative media for the business in various digital formats e.g. Image, Video and Audio files. These are displayed across social media, screens inside the clinic, the briskness's website and pan flips.

• Running the Lost property and confiscation areas of the events and dealing directly with a wide range of patrons who could be emotional about the circumstances.
• Cloak room, which held various tasks and high levels of focus and engagement (eg Finding any way to improve the process. This means giving suggestions as much as you can to improve the task) Cloakroom also contains a high rush of patrons and taking payments for different services we provide.
• Working fast to complete a wide range of tasks within a time period to not fall behind a tight schedule which has little room for error.
• Being a guide in the venue to inform the attendees where to go and other information about the event. This also includes reporting acts of bad behaviour and potential issues over to the site managers,
• Leaving the venue and collection items for artists and preparing them in whatever way they request. This could also be for oversights in the events plan which require items that are currently not on site.
