I partnered with Australia's biggest retail, banking and technology brands to develop experiential marketing projects with budgets of $1m+.

In my role, I focused on several key responsibilities to direct and lead successful projects and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. This included strategically aligning our efforts with the client's objectives, managing budgets effectively, and providing creative production direction. My communication style is very open, supportive, honest, and fluid. I am a strong communicator and find with ease the ability to adapt and be agile in my approaches, whether this be for clients or internal stakeholders. I handle with simplicity different personalities, communication style and management styles and attribute this to my extensive exposure to different industries, working both client and agency side and working with counterparts in other regions. I am a natural leader and have, in many of my positions, I have strived to continually progress my career and constantly challenge myself to help build new and refine current skill sets, while also growing the talent within my teams.
