As a dedicated Lifeguard I have had the oppertunity to acquire great supervisory and interpersonal communication skills. Certified in CPR, Bronze and AED I am reliable, safety-minded and offer exceptional customer service. I can remain grounded in stressful situations and approach all areas of my position as a Lifeguard with great enthusiasm. My position as Assistant Coach also enables me to educate and instruct patrons of various ages and ethnicity to build confidence and strength in and around the water environment. As the team Leader I am organized and dependable at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.

  • Initiate Stroke Development techniques and skills to enhance greater efficiency and distance in the water.
  • Demonstrate respect and willingness to assist as required.
  • Work flexible hours including afternoon, weekend and holiday shifts.

  • Manage and assess daily pool safety and risk management protocols.

  • Perform regular pool chemical tests, record results and adjust chemical levels to reach Council regulated measurements.

  • Maintain Rescue/First Aid equipment by conducting daily inspections.
