Teaching is the facilitation of students learning through exposure and access to high quality learning activities, environments and opportunities. Through means of assessment the teacher's role of instruction and implementation is driven to contribute to the classroom. I am committed to creating motivational and collaborative learning environments that encourage social and emotional growth of students. Strategic organisational skills are blended through an experienced approach of work and professional placements to understand how students organise themselves effectively. By involving students in these processes, individuals develop a sense of agency and self-efficacy to aid the responsibility of their own achievement alongside the teacher.
