• Roster 11/2 during the cutting season May-December, 50hour weeks in the slack, various starting and finishing hours.

Employed as a fruit picker for the Tahitian lime season, my duties included picking and packing limes, driving the forklift to stack pallets and load trucks for transport. At the end of each lime season I assisted with the shutdown of the packing shed and the servicing and maintenance of the plant and equipment.

After the pruning the lime trees I carried on working with Derek Finlayson as a general farm worker slashing and spraying cane, working with cattle and any other duties required of a farm hand

TP HUMAN CAPITAL – Casual Labour Hire from April 2013 to July 2013

I was employed on the Cardwell Range Project, contracting to Abigroup Contractors. I was engaged as a Spotter/Gate Keeper. I was responsible for controlling and co-originating the traffic flow of all equipment entering and leaving the area. I used two-way radio to communicate with drivers and operators to ensure the safe flow of all construction equipment, heavy plant and light vehicles. I also collated and completed load tally sheets for materials received on the project and waste materials removed. I also engaged in general labouring as required.
