I’m an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in team leadership, roster coordination, and managing high-pressure environments, such as large-scale events. Over the past five years, I’ve led and managed teams across a variety of operational settings, currently overseeing more than 100 staff. My day-to-day responsibilities include preparing rosters, delivering briefings to security personnel, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly and in line with client and compliance expectations.

I take pride in my ability to manage complex logistics, and maintain calm under pressure. Whether I’m coordinating crowd control at a major event or responding to real-time operational challenges, I stay focused on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

Before transitioning into operations management, I completed a Certificate III in Cabinet Making, and managed a small team in a hands-on trades environment. This experience gave me a solid foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail—all of which I bring to my current role.
