• Supervision of national meetings of the federation (between 15 and 20 heads of social services)
• Implementation of social intervention projects: production of the guide “Professional ethics in the exercise of the MJAGBF” in collaboration with the SOCRATES firm,
• Management of the CNDPF's annual national forum, labelling of national tools, structuring and animation of working groups,
• Meetings with the state children's secretariat in FRANCE in connection with the ministry of solidarities & families

• Management of the service including 22 employees : quality monitoring, supervision of 3 social worker’s teams and the administrative team;
• Responsible for the internal and external child protection mission : member of the national child protection commission at the CNAPE in Paris (France), member of the departmental child protection observatory (ODPE, STRASBOURG, Bas-Rhin, FRANCE).

Analysis of educational situations, coaching of students, teaching of professional posture based on knowledge in sociology.

• Supervision and coordination of three educational teams;
• Deployment and monitoring of the organisation of the “teenagers’ house” and support for young adults.

• Accompaniment of a group of 12 teenagers placed by the children's judge in a establishment :
• drafting annual reports for the judge.
• Facilitated family therapy sessions between children, caregivers, and siblings to remediate conflict and build healthy relationships.
• Developed and facilitated goal-oriented psycho-education and therapy groups to improve residents' quality of life.
