• Supervise and coordinate the Plant operations in the following Seed Preparation Plant (SPP), Solvent Extraction Plant (SEP) and Refinery and other processing sections of integrated oilseed processing plant (IOPP)
• Ensure and monitor safe process operations and commit to the production requirements ensuring crushing, extracting and refining targets are met on daily and weekly basis without any downtime.
• Identify source of problems by observing mechanical and hydraulic devices in operations including conveyors, precondition and filtration systems, mechanical pumps,solvent extractor and waste water environment systems and initiate quick problem-solving methods for the smooth working of operations
• Sample Parts of Process and perform Quality analysis of samples in the process Section to perform plant process quality control thereby obtaining detailed knowledge about major performance factors including seed Moisture, oil and fibre content.
• Supervise in the assembly and installation of new machines and components and communicating work and design actions to operational manager for improving work efficiency of the plant.
• Quality inspection of the Manufactured Wheel according to the AS/SZ ISO 9001:2015, IATF16949 and SOP before the final assembly of product
• Works in Various Manufacturing Stages of Wheel Alloy Production Made of Carbon Fiber including programming and operation of CNC Mazak, Fiber Cutting, Face Layup, Moulding, Rectification and Assembly Department
• QA Inspection of the wheel using NDT Techniques such as CT X- Ray assisted image scanning and analysis on functional stability of manufactured product in EFXCTSoftware with clinical study on processing defects.
• Assisted Dr. Russel Varley (Director of Composite Materials Department, Carbon Nexus) and Jerry Gan (Research Fellow) in a 3 month internship in the University collaborated project in the manufacturing of Geo Polymer Composites.
