Inspirational Leadership

As an inspirational leader I promoted and ensured staff felt valued and their efforts didn't go unnoticed. I had a team of 35 staff and supported a  third of them to complete and present their broad-banding work books for consideration for an APS4 role.

To ensure their work books were of standard I also coached team leaders to strategically support the team resulting in successful APS4 promotions.
