Performance Reviews

  • FY23, B has worked autonomously this year managing the NZ side of the business and has done a great job keeping things running smoothly and under control. Will always call on my help for the more complex / price sensitive deals which is good. Has also provided good support to AU in our time of need (we may return the favour one day!) and is already getting involved in the prep work for AU Miles which has been invaluable. Feedback is again positive and shows how much all her work is appreciated by her colleagues. Well done B, thanks for helping make this year a successful one.
  • FY24, B continues to work collaboratively with the NZ team supporting the business to achieve the required outcomes. Great feedback from her colleagues she supports, clearly demonstrates her living our values ('I personally live working with B' was my highlight). At the same time, B has also increased her support time with Accelerate with both testing and knowing what needs to be fixed.
