  • I was acutely aware how this significant change was affecting staff within HRC and as a senior leader within the team I provided guidance and advice to assist them in building resilience to change whilst ensuring they had adequate support networks available to them and the resources to deal with the significant change

  • Linkage between rostering systems and invoicing processes to ensure accurate billing of services
  • I developed a project plan in conjunction with the Executive Director, Operations, PSBA ensuring the engagement of all stakeholders across several internal and external agencies
  • After undertaking extensive consultation and a review of current practices and systems, I provided a comprehensive end of project report outlining finding, recommendations including ‘quick fixes’, Implementation strategy and communication strategy/plan
  • Achievement: My report was accepted by the Executive Director, and while SGS was going through a further transition ‘Quick fix’ recommendations were being adopted with long term improvements being placed on hold due to SGS being transitioned from PSBA to QPS
