- Takes part in making platters within the kitchen for customers which requires organisation as an individual and as a group.
- Assists in the process of wine making, doing things such as helping during the fermentation phase all the way through to the bottling and labelling stages.
- Works in the cellar door by clearing tables, customer service behind the bar, cleaning dishes, restocking wine and making coffee.
- There is a lot of team work and problem solving and taking a role of leadership during these times has been asked of me on multiple occasions.
