I have 12 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment and Employment Services within Australia, with a further 2 years’ experience in the legal industry in the UK.

I have experience across operations, project management and sales, as well as working with and reporting directly into CEOs and business owners. I have managed the company blog previously ensuring that content is delivered on time and to a high standard.

My passions lie in Learning and Development, HR, Recruitment and Business Development. I also have particular interest in Diversity & Inclusion and Mental Health & Wellbeing in the workplace.

I am a confident public speaker and networker with experience in organising workshops and facilitation events.

I have been working autonomously for some time and love a hands-off approach. I bring solutions, not problems, and love to challenge myself with new tasks as these provide me with the opportunity to upskill.

Outside of work my passions are hiking with my puppy, listening to podcasts, and learning all I can about history, particularly the UK during the Medieval period. I love history books and podcasts and even Medieval music! I also love the history of perfume and learning about new scents. Niche, but I love it.

  • Developing and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy to attract diverse and high-calibre candidates from administration to COO level, increasing employees by 48% in a 50 person business with a recruitment budget of $30,000, half of which was our Seek contract allocation
  • Developing and implementing a Graduate Recruitment Strategy and Internship plan, from advertising to partnering with universities, to writing the internship program and training plan for the Practical Training portion of students Graduate Diplomas to ensure they meet the key metrics required for course completion
