My experience in coaching an under 9s girls' netball team has taught me to;

• Develop and deliver effective and engaging coaching sessions to improve performance.
• Facilitate team building activities and workshops to improve communication, collaboration and productivity.
• Offer constructive feedback to players to help reach goals.
• Facilitate group coaching sessions and provided individual coaching support.
• Accommodate for individual needs in order to encourage players' self-improvement
• Work cooperatively with other coaches and umpires in order to optimise sporting experience for players

As a Team Member at Boost Juice Chadstone, I:

• Kept work areas clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and team safety.
