I have styled 2 big weddings located at the Doltone House, Darling Island and Hyatt Regency, Grand Ballroom. Working with Anna Wang Studios has been an amazing experience as I've gained interior design experience, wedding experience, floristry experience and clientele experience.

Being a casual medical receptionist has definitely helped me with strengthening my communication skills and confidence as I first started this job when I was 16. Because I naturally love helping people, and providing the best care for them, I enjoy conversing patients of all ages, and listening to their stories and passions whilst they're waiting in the waiting room. A lot of patients reach out to me and see me as someone they can vent to as well as just serving them as a receptionist.

Through this job I have:

• Enhanced office productivity by handling high volume of callers per day
• Referred and screened patients to make best use of resources, triage staff and serve community members
• Managed multi-line phone system and pleasantly greeted patients
• Adhered to strict health guidelines to protect patient privacy/confidentiality

Similarly with my tutoring assistant role at Kumon, I have loved being my bubbly self around the children, taking care of them before and after school hours, playing music with them, dancing, painting, helping them with their music homework, etc.

Through this job I have:

• Assisted teachers with classroom management and document coordination to maintain positive learning environment.
• Completed daily reports, meal count sheets and attendance logs.
• Supported classroom activities, tutoring, and reviewing work.
• Promoted physical, mental and social development using classroom games and activities.

This job was one of the best learning experiences, as I have learnt responsibility, patience and have simply grown to love working with children, motivating them towards learning and building self-confidence. I have definitely grown the ability to teach others in different areas, creating tailored lesson plans etc.

I have taught piano and vocals to children aged from 3-18. This experience has been great as I've gained teaching experience, how to work with children and music theory experience.
