Knowing how to operate the dialysis machine, readying dialysis equipment, priming dialyzer and bloodlines, and cannulating accesses. Overseeing the entire dialysis therapy and monitoring the patient’s response to it, as well as notifying physicians in case of adverse dialysis reactions.
