  • I worked on the Texas as a sole charge chef on call, when put to sea
  • This ranged from 4 day to 2 week stints on the 130ft boat
  • To which were I would be flown to, from NZ to parts of Australia to Fiji
  • This also involved providing and cooking food for the 8-13 crew members and when required the 2-8 guests
  • This included kosher style cooking as well as guests requests.
