Calculate the profit margin by subtracting total expenses form total revenue, make a graph of monthly profit and loss over time.

3. Expense analysis

calculate total expense including staff and stock, also analyze high spending area and plot the expense trend to track changes over 3 month periods.

4. Customer satisfaction analysis

Calculate all customer satisfaction rating and ratings by different types of cleaning services.
