• Ensuring all the inventory maintain as per customer requirement, daily order process and dispatch on timely manner to achieve daily KPI
• Responsible for the administrative and functional management of the warehouse teams
• Inbound and outbound stock management including generating reports to track KPI
• Providing information on availability of products, Maintain Inventory and implement correct procedure to manage SKU
• Liaise with freight companies and other stakeholders to run the operation smoothly and effectively
• Handling complaints related to missing or damaged stock
• Implement the process to minimize the missing stock/damage stock
• Reporting stock status as required to customer and change product status according to provide accurately dispatch order
• Strong analytical skills to look for missing stock (ability to think out of square)
• Support warehouse operations including inventory management and assessment
• Excellent knowledge in Select, WMS, Manhattan and SAP
• Assisting with the development, approval and implementation of Manhattan
• Responsible to provide required training to existing or new employees as required
• Maintain Health & Safety regulations for safety of co-worker
