My adventure into the world of makeup started with my studies at TAFE, where I fell in love with the art of beauty. This foundation, paired with my hands-on experience at MAC, has helped me rediscover my passion for makeup and deepen my expertise.

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing all daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Joining H&M as a sales advisor marked my entry into the retail industry, and it was an invaluable experience. Over the course of two and a half years, I had the opportunity to grow within the company and eventually become a department manager. This journey taught me numerous valuable lessons, such as the importance of teamwork, developing patience, building confidence in decision-making, and embracing constructive feedback both as a giver and receiver.


My duties as an SA included:

  • Providing excellent customer service to maximise sales on the store floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk
  • Actively work with garments - replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying and merchandising
  • Work with cash register routines and handling all required transactions
  • Unload delivery trucks and unpack merchandise
  • Execute reductions, price changes and label merchandise with security tags
  • Follow all sales routines, policies and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety for the store
  • Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues
  • Proactively promote and educate customers about our H&M Loyalty program.
