  • Working as Delivery Manager to deliver EP NZ stream of work for multiple different releases and 7 different streams
  • Successfully completed the release for multiple brands in IAG
  • Leading a team of 25 resources that are onshore/offshore (EY GDS, NZ client resources and workforce contractors) and the team is comprised of EY, client, and other vendor resources

  • There are more than 20 teams involved in the whole program, and I have been managing dependencies within data and other upstream/downstream teams
  • Main stakeholders with whom I interact apart from EP program is EMs, EGMs, Product owners, business stakeholders and data people
  • My day-to-day responsibilities include managing expectations with EP, b with the team, sprint planning, managing financials, resource forecasting, delivery planning, managing dependencies with other teams, help team with technical approaches, weekly status meetings with EP, plan UAT triages and production deployments, retrospectives with the team, Jira alignment and management, resolving conflicts within the team, managing resourcing and funding challenges with EP, helping team on day to day challenges and technical solution approaches
  • Leading and managing multiple rotating squads having more than 20 delivery resources which encompasses a combination of off-shore and on-shore EY/IAG delivery resources and balancing the priorities for each of the squads
  • Stakeholder management: Coordinate with different stream leads to manage the expectations and call out cross dependencies
