My extensive human resource management experience has allowed me to understand the HR processes. I have managed end to end employee life cycle management and significant work in recruitment, onboarding, IR, training & development, workforce staffing, award implementation, employee counselling, and HR analytics. In addition, I have delivered HR core in various organisations and demonstrated the ability to develop strategies, procedures, policies, employee development, and engagement frameworks. My experience has given me an understanding of the NFP and government sector, working with board members, council members, and other organisational stakeholders. I strongly focus on evaluating HR programs, ensuring that the impact is recorded and articulated back to all stakeholders. My strong organisational and interpersonal skills enable me to build great collaborative partnerships with a range of stakeholders and organisations.
