  • Provided training to new staff members as well as coaching to existing staff to improve their average call handling time and call quality
  • Clinical Program Specialist for the NSW Palliative Care Line, NSW Ambulance, GP Assist Tasmania, Western NSW Health Assist and the Tasmanian Parentline. This meant ensuring business imperatives were met for these external providers whilst ensuring safe and quality care was provided to the clients. Monthly meetings and reports were required to be submitted to these external providers and in house training/coaching required for staff.
