Ultimately, enabling my employability skills and I landed a role as a Coles Team Member. Skilled in supervising daily operations, coordinating shift schedules, handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and ensuring consistent product quality and cleanliness. This is what makes me a great asset to any team.
I demonstrated proficiency in administrative duties such as using the Redcat POS system for order management and reporting, alongside Microsoft Office tools for staff communication, stock control, and training documentation. I am highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to changing demands, manage competing priorities, and lead by example to foster a collaborative, productive team environment. These are some qualities I have valued within myself and are honourable qualities I value within my working career and have assisted me in my AFL Sports Ready Traineeship in 2025.
My strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people, whether customers or coworkers, allow me to create positive experiences and build long-term relationships. I am passionate about continuous personal and professional development, which lead me to take on a volunteer position as a team manager for the Ringwood Hawks Big V Youth Champion U23 women’s team in 2025. Now, seeking to transition into a new industry where my leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills can be applied to contribute meaningful value and grow further to any team.

Additionally, I developed skills in retail by selling sports-related items at events and took responsibility for accurate results recording and scorekeeping during competitions. This traineeship helped me strengthen my leadership, teamwork, and organizational abilities while deepening my knowledge of sports coordination and school-based event planning.
