With five years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, I bring a deep commitment to fostering children’s holistic development through engaging, inclusive, and child-centered learning environments. I hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from TAFE NSW, which has provided me with a strong foundation in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF). I consistently apply these frameworks to support children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth.

Furthermore, I support the centre’s operational, administrative, and leadership functions. My responsibilities include staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development, ensuring alignment with the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and child protection legislation. I lead monthly staff meetings on child protection, provide updates on the Mandatory Reporter Guide (MRG), and have created a visual resource on key procedures for staff reference.

In addition to leadership duties, I remain actively involved in the educational program by observing children, planning meaningful learning experiences, and using pedagogical documentation to guide reflective practice. I value building trusting, reciprocal relationships with families and the wider community and approach my work with flexibility, patience, and collaboration. • My first job in Australia, undertaken as an international student, played a pivotal role in enhancing my communication and customer service skills. This experience significantly boosted my confidence and contributed to my professional development. In addition to interpersonal skills, I gained practical experience in general housekeeping, cash handling, stock management, and barista duties, all of which strengthened my adaptability and understanding of diverse workplace responsibilities.

• I had the valuable opportunity to work with families and individuals affected by domestic violence, neglect, and other forms of abuse. During this time, I gained insights into the types of support available to victims, including safe accommodation, one-on-one casework, and food assistance provided by OzHarvest—Australia’s leading food rescue organisation. A particularly memorable experience was collaborating with the team to wrap gifts for children and clients during the festive season, contributing to a sense of care and celebration in challenging times.
